VADCOMM LLC is a family-owned small business built on more than 40 years of experience in the wireless and telecommunications industry and a long-standing commitment to helping other small businesses succeed.

Our story began before cell phones were even a part of everyday life. VADCOMM’s owner got his start in the industry more than four decades ago, helping convenience stores and other local businesses throughout the Kentuckiana area bring pay phones to their customers.

As technology changed, so did the business. Pay phones gave way to cell phones, wireless programs, prepaid services, and new ways for retailers to serve their customers. Rather than being left behind by those changes, we kept pace and continually found new products, programs, and technology that benefit the merchants we serve.

Today, VADCOMM helps convenience stores, liquor stores, restaurants, and other independent retailers access wireless and prepaid programs, POS and payment solutions, devices, and other tools designed to help their businesses stay competitive.

But while the technology has changed dramatically over the past 40 years, our priority hasn’t: the merchant.

As a small, family-owned business ourselves, we understand the value of relationships, dependable service, and having someone you can actually call when you need help. We don’t believe in treating merchants like account numbers. We take the time to understand their businesses, find solutions that make sense for them, and continue supporting them as their needs change.

From putting pay phones in local stores decades ago to helping those same types of businesses navigate today’s wireless, payment, and retail technology, our mission has remained simple:
